Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on DevAPI Hub for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on DevAPI Hub
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. API Usage

You agree to use our APIs in accordance with the following:

• You will not exceed the rate limits associated with your subscription tier
• You will not use the APIs for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any API or system
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DevAPI Hub or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DevAPI Hub.
